The Northshore’s premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation community…

Neighborhood Living With Southern Charm

Our newest community is built on ten acres of property with water features, large open areas, trees and beautiful ponds. Our Ponchatoula community consists of five neighborhoods. Each neighborhood consists of thirty private living areas with large private bedrooms and exquisitely, tiled private bathrooms.

We specialize in senior care, including physical therapy, short term rehab, and plenty of amenities for your senior to live comfortably.

Each neighborhood has a private dining area and cozy coffee nooks and sofas for quiet times reading a book or newspaper and for visiting with new Camelot friends. Additional social areas are throughout the community with large, country porches, and gardens for family gatherings and visits. Staying with us to recover and rehabilitate to transition back home. Camelot features a private therapy gym and an activities of daily living room staffed by our physical therapists.
