The CCI mission is to always serve with “absolute integrity and honor.” To help achieve this mission, CCI has established a formal Compliance Program. The goal of our Compliance Program is to help the employees, affiliates, and partners comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations and to prevent improper conduct. We strive to promote quality, integrity and honesty in all of our dealings. The Compliance Department, under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer, helps all employees and partners navigate through laws, regulations, policies and other guidance to make it easier for each of us to always do the right thing.
Our Company?s Code of Conduct and Ethics can be found here on our website?and outlines the standards of behavior that CCI promotes across the organization. We encourage our employees to review the Code, reflect on its meaning, and reach out to the Compliance Department for information or guidance whenever needed.
